Since 2007 we are rendering our service relating to law and justice in the Gauhati High Court as well as in the subordinate Courts and Tribunals thereunder. After long 10 years of practicing experience in the Gauhati High Court, we decided to render our service to the people in an organized manner. Accordingly, on 2nd August, 2017 we have started our service with the present name and style JAHID & LAWYERS having it’s present office at 16, Panchali Road, Notboma, Near Mazar Stoppage, P.O. Hatigaon, Guwahati, Assam, India. Mr. Jahidul Islam (Jahid), who is an active practicing advocate of the Gauhati High Court, is the founder of this firm. Our aim and mission is to provide one stop legal solution to the aggrieved persons belonging to all sections of the society who are in demand of justice. Presently we are providing our service in the matters relating to Criminal Law, Foreigners Law, Family Law, contract Law, Service Law and documentation. In addition to aforesaid various paid services, we also provide Free Legal Advice and Free Legal Service to the people who are belonging to BPL (Below Poverty Line) category and other economically backward classes. All the free services are rendered under minimum terms and conditions more specifically described in the page of Privacy Policy of this website. So before applying for any free legal service to our firm, we strongly suggest you to read carefully all the terms and conditions of our service.
